Our drop zone is located just 40 minutes south of Burlington, on the edge of Lake Champlain, with sweeping views of the Adirondack Mountains to the west, and lush farmland and the Green Mountains to the east. Tandem skydiving offers a unique way of experiencing all aspects of skydiving while enjoying the security of having an instructor attached during the entire skydive. This method is ideal for the one-time jumper or as an introduction to the sport. Just 20 minutes of training and you're on your way! Founders Ole and Terri Thomsen started skydiving as a hobby. They believe that the best way to stay passionate about work is to do what you love. They turned their hobby into a profession and Vermont Skydiving Adventures was born in 1992. VSA has continued to grow since then. We have maintained a great safety record and, as a member of the United States Parachute Association, we can license people to skydive. We now own our own aircraft and operate on a private runway with gorgeous views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains. VSA is unlike any skydiving establishment you’ll come across because it is a Mom and Pop operation. We love our jobs, and we love coaching others through this amazing experience.
